The opportunity:
The Graduate Engineer will provide both engineering and administrative support for existing and new continuous improvement projects across the technical services department, helping to shape and enhance our processes for greater efficiency and success.

Your day to day:
• Assist in the engineering projects by developing and implementing systems that streamline safety, maintenance, and operational processes, optimize workflows, and ensure timely compliance.
• Maintain and create procedures and project documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements, as needed.
• Provide strong conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to logically work through processes to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Develop technical and maintenance engineering solutions.
• Conduct quality control checks on both new and existing systems and processes.
• Perform revisions and updates to improve maintenance documentation.
• Develop processes and solutions to enhance maintenance regimes and ensure continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring:
• Bachelor degree of Engineering (or to be achieved in the near future).
• Advanced computer skills with competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Visual Basic for applications or programming knowledge highly regarded.
• Good communication and consultation skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously.
• Detail orientated good problem solving & time management skills, with a strong focus on quality control.
