The opportunity:
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you’ll be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle – from tender preparation and supplier selection through to performance reviews, contract governance, and supporting strategic sourcing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys building strong relationships across all levels of the business.

Your day to day:
• Prepare and manage Requests for Tender (RFTs) and contract documentation
• Lead supplier negotiations and coordinate supplier evaluations
• Analyse procurement data to identify savings and strategic souring opportunities
• Maintain accurate supplier and pricing data in the ERP system (SAP desirable)
• Support internal stakeholders through the tender and contract review process
• Drive best practice governance across supplier management
• Support group-wide procurement initiatives with VRL procurement

What you’ll bring:
• Experience in procurement administration and contract management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
• ERP system experience – SAP highly regarded
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and work to deadlines
