Our Administration Assistants are the behind-the-scenes legends who keep the good times rolling! They provide the essential support our team needs to deliver best-in-class hospitality for our Players. From managing admin tasks to keeping everything running smoothly, they make sure the venue stays on top of its game.
You’ll be the go-to multitasker — juggling schedules, handling timesheets and accounting tasks, and supporting our Hospitality Managers to make sure every Playmaker has what they need to shine. Key Responsibilities
• Provide financial support through petty cash handling, safe counts, change orders and daily cash reconciliations
• Ensure par levels of stock material essential for POS and cash procedures are kept
• Build pre-shifts/timesheets
• Approve shift swaps/covers
• Complete weekly, fortnightly and end of month sign offs for UKG
• Submit pay queries
• Scanning / filing
• Postage/Courier Management
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by your manager

What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in Administration, including cash office duties preferred
• Knowledge of the AER Award, for payroll purposes, advantageous
• Excellent communication, prioritisation, time-management, and organisation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Energy and enthusiasm
• A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity
