The opportunity:
We have a rare opportunity for an administration savvy, highly attuned communicator to provide secretarial and administrative support to our Executives. This role will suit someone who loves a challenge, and relishes in the opportunity to complete multiple priorities at once. Reporting directly the Executive, the Executive Assistant plays an integral role to ensuring that our Executives can function efficiently in their leadership capacities.

Your day to day:
• Assist with telephone enquiries, email management, incoming & outgoing mail, diary management and all general secretarial duties as required
• Manage all aspects of our centralised motor vehicle fleet management while ensuring full compliance
• Assist in preparing meetings to ensure all reports including agenda and minutes are prepared & distributed in a timely manner
• Arranging catering and audio-visual requirements for meetings
• Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
• Co-ordinate domestic & international travel bookings, including balancing of expense reimbursements for Executives
• Ensure delegated authority policy is followed in regards correct sign off for reimbursements, travel and sundry expenses for Executives
• Ensure adherence to all company policies & procedures
• Assist with planning and delivering executive events and team engagement activities
• Raise and track purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

What you’ll bring:
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office & Visio are essential
• Previous EA experience at a senior level
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential matters
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Ability to multi task and adapt to change
