About the Role
As Engagement & Communication Coordinator, you will:

Coordinate and deliver internal communications that strengthen our culture and bring our business priorities to life.

Lead engagement activities such as the eMag, Senior Leadership Summits, and recognition programs.

Support business change communications, ensuring clear and transparent messaging across all levels of the organisation.

Create engaging content (videos, presentations, templates) that amplifies team achievements, promotes our values, and fosters a sense of belonging.

Provide systems support for key platforms like WorkJam, ensuring employees are equipped to connect and thrive.
About You
You are a natural storyteller with a passion for people! You thrive in a collaborative environment and have the skills to manage multiple projects with creativity and precision. Ideally, you bring:

Strong communication, writing, and digital skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences across platforms.

Experience in coordinating projects, events, or communications campaigns.
