About the role:
Sea World Resort’s kitchen team requires a Cook to assist in the production of delicious food. You will work alongside qualified international chefs and gain a solid foundation for your culinary career.

Duties:
• Assist with maintaining a la carte, hot and cold larder sections
• Prepare and present food for functions and buffet and carry out any specific guest requests for variations
• Follow all workplace and HACCP procedures in regard to food handling and preparation
• Follow all recipes and other food preparation methods as directed by the Senior Chefs

Skills and Experience:
• Passion for cooking, dedication and willingness to learn
• Great communication skills
• Successful completion of a pre-vocational course and/or previous experience in a kitchen environment as a kitchen hand or cook
• Knowledge of kitchen operation and procedures
• Reliability and team orientated
