About the role:
As the Purchasing and Supply Manager you will oversee the purchasing and supply chain functions related to food and beverage operations. While ensuring F&B products are sourced efficiently, delivered on time and meeting quality and cost standards.
This role will manage direct reports in Inventory Control and Purchasing that focus on supplier relationships and operational excellence.
This role will see you:
- Develop and execute purchasing strategies, ensuring effective sourcing of F&B products while balancing cost, quality, and delivery timeline
- Oversee the entire F&B supply chain, from purchase to sale across all cinema locations
- Mitigate supply chain risk by developing contingency plans and managing supply disruptions
- Ensure appropriate stock levels are held without over or undersupply
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers, stakeholders, and internal departments; manage underperforming supplies
- Manage and mentor the purchasing and supply team to drive development continuous improvement
- Analyse historical data, market trends, admissions forecasts and sales patterns to produce accurate demand forecasts for F&B products.
- Deliver regular reports to senior management on procurement performance, supplier efficiency, and overall supply chain effectiveness

The key skills and competencies we are seeking in the successful candidate include:
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the F&B retail sectors
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic and analytical thinking, with a focus on cost efficiency and supply chain improvement
- Familiarity with inventory management, demand forecasting, and purchasing coordination
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage a cross functional team.
- Proficiency in supply chain and logistics software (eg, ERP, SAP) and data analysis.
